The 2010 World Heritage Sites were announced during the 34th session of the World Heritage Committee which met in Brasilia, Brazil, on 25 July until 2 August, 2010.

The Committee inscribed 21 new sites to the World Heritage List. This includes 15 cultural, 5 natural and 1 mixed properties. Of these three countries are having their sites listed for the first time on the list, namely Kiribati, Marshall Islands and Tajikistan.
