[an error occurred while processing this directive][an error occurred while processing this directive] Canada ratified the World Heritage Convention on 23 July, 1976. As of August 2010, it has 15 World Heritage Sites. Six of these are Cultural and nine are Natural sites. Canada has submitted a further nine sites presently on the World Heritage Tentative List.
