Palau de la Música Catalana & Hospital de Sant Pau are historic structures in Barcelona, Spain, recognised as a World Heritage Site.
The Palau de la Música Catalana is a concert hall built between 1905 and 1908. It was designed in the modernista style by architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner for the Orfeó Català, a Catalan choral society that became an influential promoter of Catalan culture. It was a best built building of the year award from the city of Barcelona in 1909.

The Hospital de Sant Pau, or in full Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau (Hospital of the Holy Cross & St. Paul), was built between 1901 and 1930. As with the concert hall, it was also designed by architect Lluís Domènech i Montaner. Located in the El Guinardó neighborhood of Barcelona, it served as a hospital until 2009, when it was restored and turned into a museum and cultural center.
