Thungyai-Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuaries are two wildlife sanctuaries in Thailand. They stretch over an area of more than 600,000 hectares to the border of Myanmar, covering parts of the provinces of Kanchanaburi, Tak and Uthat Thani. Together, it forms one of the most important conservation areas in Southeast Asia.

The Thungyai-Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuaries are home to many endangered wildlife including the largest herds of Asiatic elephants, gaur, tigers, clouded leopards and the Malayan sun bear. The terrain comprises evergreen forests, dry evergreen forests, mixed deciduous forest, dry dipterocarp forest, savanna forest, grass land, and some areas of swidden agriculture. Its climate ranges from tropical to subtropical depending on height.

Thungyai-Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuaries was inscribed as a World Heritage Site during the 15th session of the World Heritage Committee held in Carthage, Tunisia, from 9 to 13 December, 1991.
