Vilnius Historic Centre is a World Heritage Site recognising the Old Town section of Vilnius, Lithuania. Vilnius Old Town covers 3.59 sq km (887 acres). The area, which has developed over centuries, today has some 1,487 buildings, many of which of historic significance. There are 70 streets and 74 quarters in the area.

The main street in Vilnius Historic Centre is Pilies Street, which is today vibrant with street life and cafés. A section of the Old Town, called the Vilnius University Architectural Ensemble, covers one of the most beautiful part of the Old Town.

Vilnius Historic Centre was inscribed as a World Heritage Site during the 18th session of the World Heritage Committee Phuket, Thailand, 12 - 17 December, 1994.
